Lee-Anne is absolutely excellent. She is an incredible listener, she is thoughtful and caring. She really knows her stuff. It is so nice to walk out of a doctor’s office feeling better than when I went in simply because the practitioner is proactive, engaged, forward thinking, authentic and supportive of the person as a whole and the best course of action to help them be well.

Pam at the front desk is amazing. Busy as she stays, she's always got a smile on her face and she engages with the patients. Lea-Anne is always thorough and takes her time with me. I never feel rushed like I do in other offices. And the nurses are very gentle and caring. Even better, I can get my labs drawn in the office. I can get annual tests like bone density, renal ultrasound, EKG, and others done in the office. I've been very happy with the care I've received here in the past five years.

The wait was not long the atmosphere has changed to a friendly place to enter, much calmer. My PA Lea Anne has great bedside manners, good listener, not in a hurry to rush you out of the office. When you go to the doctor not feeling well, it make you feel good for someone to say good morning or just a smile to everyone that enter the door, not to certain people you feel like speaking to, treat everyone the same we all are patients wanting to be whole not broken.

Lea-Anne at Northeast Florida Internal Medicine is a wonderful medical provider! She is always professional, caring and doesn't rush you. She will discuss your health care needs and make a plan of care that you are comfortable with. She's supportive in discussing possible natural routes for alternatives to medication. Lea-Anne, as well as Dr. Blissenbach, are very proactive about women's health and using healthy diet, exercise and the right supplementation, as well as western medicine to treat their patients. I highly recommend Lea-Anne and Northeast Florida Internal Medicine, they are wonderful.

I feel I have a personal relationship with Lea-Anne. For example, when she reviews lab results with me, she describes the meaning of each, in terms I understand. When she prescribes a medication she explains the pros, cons, and side effects. I feel very comfortable talking to her about my symptoms/and what is important to me. She listens to me, I believe she understands me and I trust her judgement. I have never felt rushed during my appointments, and she makes herself available whenever I need her.
