I came in for a Japanese manicure and left disappointed — especially after paying $80. The finish wasn’t smooth or lasting, and when I reached out about fixing it, I was first told I could return within 7 days, only to later be told it wasn’t covered under their policy. That kind of inconsistency and lack of accountability is frustrating. The service didn’t feel premium, and customer care fell short. I hope the studio improves its follow-through and customer communication because the experience did not reflect the price or reputation.
