Lazzara Orthodontics

I recently visited this orthodontist and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is clean and modern, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Dr. [Name] took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The appointment itself was efficient, and I didn’t feel like I was just another patient on a schedule.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Their procedure for a new consult was seamless. Every step was explained before and during imaging, the exam and final recommendations. Customers in waiting room were greeted promptly and the operation seemed to flow meticulously. Offices were clean, modern and spacious. Well run business.

1 star for professional staffing and ease of appointment scheduling......BUT- I paid a lot of money for Invisalign, wore them for years as instructed only to end up with the same crooked teeth smile. Dr Lazzara said it wasn't working because I wasn't wearing them every day. That was a lie and I was offended that he assumed this. I wore them exactly as I was told. I don't have money or time to waste and I wanted my better smile!! I swear people...my before and after pictures looked EXACTLY the same. :-(

I would like to simply shoutout the entire staff! I've had an amazing experience throughout my braces journey. Brittney, thank you so much for all of the laughs I didn't know I needed! We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Lazzara. The staff is always very kind and accommodating and our daughter’s smile looks fantastic!
