Absolutely the best. He has been my doctor for years. He explains everything clearly and listens to questions and concerns.

Everyone was excellent Dr Shafron did my cataract surgery and I am extremely pleased with the outcome The doctor is highly experienced and was very thorough answering my questions I noticed that a few of his reviews indicated a long wait in his office. Unfortunately for the most part that is a fair assessment. However I can put up with that inconvenience based on the level of care I received

This is from Pete May on my experience taking my 95 Year old mother to see Dr. Shafron. Her appointment was scheduled for 4 Pm, Tuesday May 21st, 2024. At 5pm she called me to say she was in a waiting room in the back of the office with a group of disgruntled patients all of which had been waiting an hour plus at that point for their appointments. At 7:15 as the last patient we were taken back to the exam room where we waited another 20 minutes. We left the office close to 8:30. This makes me wonder if Dr. Shafron would treat his elderly mother in this manner since he showed a total disregard for his patients time. You schedule us to an appt to suit your schedule then disrespect our time. Shame on you. If you can’t conduct your business better than this you should consider another line o

I just had the worst appointment that I've ever had! I drove 40 minutes to get there, waited in the waiting room an hour and 15 minutes before being taken back. After the preliminary workup Dr Hadi Abusaad came in to see me and was in the room, maybe 2 minutes. He told me my vision problem was makeup debris in my eyes and that my eyes were dry, and then he left. He was rushed and clearly couldn't be bothered with me! My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, shortly after lunch. How they could have been that far behind is hard to comprehend, especially when they only spend 2 minutes per patient! Unbelievable!
