The dentist herself was fine, however, the environment was EXTREMELY unhygienic. The dental radiography equipment was clearly being reused without cleaning. The assistant put it into my mouth with over 10 bite marks. I was so in shock that I could not even react. The floors were covered in puddles. The front desk service is also awful.

The Dental office called me the day before my 2nd appointment. I was unavailable to answer their call. The message said "if I don't call back before the end of the day, my appointment for the next day would be canceled". I've never heard of such a ridiculous policy. I'm not a young man. Most offices makes a courtesy call, to remind you of your appointment. Not cancel it. Since, I was unable to call them back in time. I just assumed that they canceled my appointment. The next day, at the time of my appointment. I received another call. This call was to see if I was coming to my (canceled) appointment. Unbelievably, the woman on the phone, was the one who called me the day before. And didnt see the problem with her message. The Dentist is great. If you can make it past the incompetent ladies

I got a crown put on my tooth and they didn’t clean the tooth beforehand. Now that same tooth is in so much pain and they are telling me I need a root canal done

I’m one of those people who cannot stand going to the dentist. I went in for a route canal and I was extremely nervous. I had to wait a couple of hours after I got there because the specialist was behind on a couple of patients, which frustrated me because at the time I wasn’t aware of the focus and concentration a route canal takes, as this was my first time having one. The dentist doing the procedure and dental assistants were super compassionate, patient and understanding of my nerves and helped me become comfortable. Thank you so much.
