I’ve been to this location plenty of times over the last 9-10 years but today was the best experience I’ve ever had, hands down! and that’s all thanks to Kym!!!! This girl went above and beyond, not only was she the best massage therapist I’ve been to in this location I received my first facial and she definitely knew what she was doing all the way around! You can always tell when a person has the experience but you don’t see many people anymore with the passion that she has shown! She constantly made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself! 100% I can tell she cares about the clients experience! She gave me the respect of my opinion of wanting silence and when I decided I wanted conversation she had wonderful conversation! Just an absolutely top tier human being and a top notch experie

If you’re looking for an amazing massage therapist, definitely ask for Hawraa. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. She was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and so much better than when I walked in. I can’t recommend Hawraa enough for anyone looking for quality, therapeutic massage.

LaVida Massage has the best customer service! From the moment I walked in, Wynter and Shemika were incredibly kind and welcoming. I loved the atmosphere, and my service was amazing. Everything was top-notch from start to finish.

I give it a four die to all the staff here. As far as the gift cards go, well I have contacted Vicki at the Brighton area. She responded, but nothing else. How can you delete the funds from a $200 gift and then having to pay out of pocket another $160 plus $40.00 tip. I have not heard from them again. Wow!
