Lavender Spa Arlington

We went in for our first couples massage and it exceeded our expectations! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. The two ladies were incredibly nice and professional, and everything was very clean and well-kept. Such a relaxing experience. We’ll definitely be back!

My friend and I had appointments for Swedish massages this past Sunday with Lavender Spa Arlington. While the facility was clean and the front desk was welcoming, communication was nearly impossible due to a significant language barrier with both the staff and the therapist. My massage was with Jojo. When I mentioned I had some neck pain, she immediately switched from a gentle Swedish massage to extremely intense, deep-tissue pressure on my neck muscles. Because of the language barrier, I couldn't effectively communicate that it was too much, and I trusted her professional judgment. This was a mistake. My neck pain has since become severe—likely due to significant inflammation or muscle injury. I cannot touch my neck or even rest my head on a pillow. I have been using ice packs and topica

I had a great experience. I booked on the website and it confirmed my appointment in Tyler. I wasn't aware of this but they were able to see me. There is a language barrier so I would recommend using a translator app when trying to communicate with the staff. The area is really clean and relaxing. I would recommend some meditation music. That would have been great. They did hound a little bit about tipping, which I was going to do anyway. Overall, my massage was $70 for one hour (Swedish Massage) and it was really relaxing.

I visited this massage place twice hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. During both visits I repeatedly asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but it still felt like I was just being lightly rubbed rather than getting an actual massage. What made the experience worse was that during my last session, a male staff member walked into the room while I was getting my massage. That made me feel very uncomfortable and shouldn’t happen when a client is in a private treatment. After giving this place two chances, I won’t be coming back.

My husband and I came here for a couples massage and had an amazing experience. The space was spotless and very calming, and the staff was incredibly professional from start to finish. Our massages were absolutely phenomenal, easily one of the best we’ve had. You can tell they really care about quality and creating a relaxing experience. We will definitely be back.
