Sam and her team are some of the best folks i have encountered in the body work space. I physically feel my shoulders drop and pace slow down as i enter the threshold into Lavender Moon knowing that relief is right around the corner. Everyone here takes the time to understand your needs and what healing looks like for you personally. I've learned new things about how the body works and what to look for during my healing journey. I've worked with multiple practitioners here and trust anyone that Sam has chosen to bring on to the team. To my big babes, folks with chronic pain or friends who just need a little nervous system support - book asap! This place is simply the best. Warm, welcoming, and knows what they are doing.

I had my first ever massage with Selah today and she definitely went above and beyond and set the standard. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. I told her it was my first massage and she talked me through everything. She really took into consideration my problem areas and concerns and left me feeling so much better after just one session. She did such an amazing job with everything. She made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing and asking if I needed more or less pressure. I physically felt lighter after our session and felt relief from neck and back pain that I had not had relief of for as long as I can remember. We discussed goals I have for my problem areas and she is extremely knowledgeable about what she does, making recommendations for what she
