Dr Rubin is hands down the absolute best in Virginia and quite possibly the east coast. I have been seen by many foot and ankle surgeons and had many foot/leg surgeries and I will never go to another foot Dr again even though he is not close to where I live.

EXCELLENT FOOT SURGEON… If you have serious foot or ankle issues, Dr. Rubin is the person to see. He is the go-to surgeon for other podiatrists in the Richmond area. As such, he is very busy, and it is indeed often difficult to get an appointment. His staff is friendly and professional. He takes the time to help you understand your condition and options. He performed triple arthrodesis surgeries on both my feet which required multiple visits, and I walk today without pain or limit.

The picture i added is the parking lot when I arrived. I was greeted by a rude older lady, who then told me they would need to reschedule. The reason? The doctor has too many patients and is trying to leave for the day and get out of there. Absolutely shameless. There was literally not a single other person or car in the lobby or parking lot. Saved me the trouble of getting a botched surgery from some hack at a co-pay factory thats working for the weekend. /spit.

#1 surgeon! Could not have asked for a more qualified, informative, patient doctor! I am 4 1/2 weeks post surgery from a total ankle replacement. Dr Rubin and his staff are enabling me to be able to walk without pain for the first time in 12 years. I still have a few weeks to heal but I am looking forward to being able to walk finally! This practice is top notch service and sincere about their patients.
