Dr Lauren is an accomplished Dr. She listens and is caring for her patients. I wish the office didn’t have the pay up front policy- they don’t file anything for you with your insurance- they get their money and you are left to fight with their billing department and your insurance. That’s not a Dr issue but it is a practice issue.
Dr. Penzi is an incredible dermatologist! I see her for my annual skin checks as well as preventative anti-aging treatments. Both personable and professional she is one of a kind, definitely recommend.
Dr Penzi was wonderful! The staff was great too. I’ve already recommended her to family and friends. Excellent!!! Highly recommend!
All the drs I have seen at this practice are very nice. The waiting time is very short. Staff are all so pleasant.
Edit: The office reached out to me and offered a satisfactory resolution to my previous billing issue. Problem solved and I appreciate their willingness to work with their customers.
