I had an appointment in August was out of State on vacation I missed my appointment and was charged a $75. no show fee. I called to explain what happened and was hoping to reschedule and have the fee removed or reduced and they were unsympathetic. I will never reschedule with Dr. Daman.

This was my first visit. I was checked in by a rude woman with red hair. She brought me to the exam room and asked if I wanted a gown. I said I’d probably need one considering I was having a full body check. She replied with, I don’t know what you’re here for, left and returned with a gown. I asked what I needed to remove, she said, whatever you want her to look at. Maybe she’s having a bad day, but I have never been treated this poorly, especially for a new patient appt. The person that did the exam was very kind and took her time.

I saw Dr Damon a while ago and am only now able to write down what happened. He was doing a skin check and when he got down to my underwear he said, "Now we're going to see if you're really a red head." I almost died! I froze in shock! There was a young lady/assistant in the room too! I was speechless and never went back. I did a search on the state website after that and he got disciplined in 1993 for another similar issue and it said that he was no longer to see patients alone. I must have seen him in 2015 or there about. It's obvious he did not learn anything from his 1993 case. I'm sure other women had this happen to them. I wish I had reported him when it happened, but I hope bringing it to light now will prevent someone else from experiencing the same thing. 😢 Here's documentation

I've been seeing Dr Daman for about 30 years, mostly for skin tag removal. I've read the few negative reviews and I understand the potential concern however, I'm the patient who disagrees with them. The receptionist has been an absolute peach and always showed a great personality. There are plenty of crabby ones out there but not at this office. When the skin tags are removed on me, there is no MA present and I DON'T want one in the room. If you're uncomfortable with a doctor looking you over then say NO! At the same time, looking at your body might just save your life! If/When the doctor finds a potential or actual skin cancer issue, I'll bet your negative perspective suddenly changes. Although I am just now writing a review for the appointment I had a few years back, I was reminded of this encounter when I was searching for a new dermatologist and this place showed up again. I was recommended to come here by my mother who said my family member went here and had a good experience(a male I should add). I went for my right thumb that has some sort of fungal infection I wanted some ointment for.
