Laurelwood Optometry

The staff at Laurelwood Optometry operate out of sheer integrity. My new glasses had a minor manufacturing flaw. They were sympathetic and sent my glasses in to have them repaired even after 9 months. I have them back now, the flaw is completely repaired and I am very happy. This is my second pair of glasses from Laurelwood over a period of about 6 years and they have always been most accommodating to me.

I'm compelled to yet again comment on the outstanding, personalized service that I routinely recieve at Laurelwood Optometry. It was 2 years ago that I wrote my last review and I'm back for another pair of glasses!!! Diane, the clerk there is such a find. Not only is she brilliant about every aspect of ordering new glasses, she is very patient and easy to work with. I wonder to myself how I ever found Laurelwood Optometry. I just wandered in one day and I was hooked!!

Dr. Collum is as good as it gets. Always is very kind, professional, and really takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the state of your eyes to what you're paying for when you get glasses and or contacts. I've been a patient for 9 years and she is fantastic!!

Dr. Collom is efficient and capable. She goes the extra mile in making sure your vision is accurate and you love the glasses you choose. She is not afraid to give her opinion. She also ordered a pair of glasses just so I coudl see them, I did notlike them and went with another pair at no obligation. I highly recomend her.
