this the second time in the span of two years that Dr Stevens waits until the day before my long awaited for appointment to have her staff call me and tell me that she is not taking any new patients very very rude. I wish she would even have the courage to call me herself!!!
Dr Stevens and her staff were professional and efficient. My appointment was at 8:20. Dr Stevens was in my room at exactly 8:20. We discussed my concerns and options. A procedure was performed and I was out the door at 8:27. It doesn’t get any better than that.
Very professional. Explains condition and treatment procedures in understandable language. She spends time to listen tom me.
