Walla Walla Dental Care

First visit to this dental office and I can tell you that it was a very pleasant experience. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly front office staff, and had a great experience with Dr Castillo and his assistant. Everyone dislikes going to the dentist, but they made me feel extremely comfortable and took care of me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was completely satisfied and comfortable with staff and procedure. The staff is amazing and completely friendly. Even when I forgot my wallet they were nice enough to let me pay later for my filling and crown.

The dentist I saw was amazing. The dental assistant was so nice very friendly amazing actually. They really took the time to explain everything about my teeth to me also, answered any questions I had about my teeth. Would highly recommend the office! Even the receptionist was very, very friendly! I would give them more than a five star if I could.

Each time I've visited, I've either paid before leaving or been told insurance is covering everything and each time I get a bill in the mail weeks later telling me to pay more money. One or more times was because, apparently, no one pushed it through to insurance until I came into the office (no one ever answered the phone in the billing department). Another situation involved a tech taking unnecessary 3d scans I didn't need and didn't know I didn't need (and still had to pay for). Update (1/13/26): Yesterday I received a call to move my cleaning today from 9am to 8am (with email confirmation). I also learned I was scheduled for an advanced cleaning (Dr. Laizure recommended standard, but the hygienist previously argued with him about that which was awkward). This morning I show up to find
