We had such a wonderful experience with the nurse practitioner during my 5-year-old daughter’s visit. She was absolutely amazing with her — so kind, patient, and engaging. She had my daughter laughing and smiling the entire time, even during the strep throat culture, which says everything. As a parent, it meant so much to see my child feel comfortable and at ease. We are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and positivity she brought to our visit. Thank you! 😇

I will not be taking my son back to this doctor or referring anyone to this place. It’s unfortunate because the doctor her self was great to us but when you have a rude staff it’s not worth it. I just called this morning to ask that my son be seen because he hasn’t felt good the last two days and we just found out my husband has Covid. The front desk woman, the one who sounds like she hates her life and everyone in it, said I’m going to transfer you to a nurse because I don’t know what they would want to do. Solid. So then I’m on hold for 6 mins before a nurse picks up and tells me that they don’t test for Covid. So I asked her where I take him to be tested for Covid and she tells me that they just treat for the symptoms they don’t test for it. Which makes zero sense. How are you going to

Do not take your children here. My children have been going here since they were born, 2016 and 2017. Everybody was amazing back then, but now the doctors and staff are rude and just don't care. ​My daughter had a lump in her breast, a few months back, went to go get an ultrasound done, and they tried saying she had a tumor and she needed surgery done. Thank goodness we took her to Pittsburgh Children's Hospital because she does not have a tumor, her boobs are coming in. My son just had to get surgery done on his balls because they never dropped. Took him to Children's Hospital getting told they should have been down when he was born, which they were. This has been like this for years. They do not check kids properly like they are suppose. I kinda see why they don't because of the one doct

I have been taking my kids here since they were newborns. People were great, doctors were great, but over the years of going here doctors changing, staff changing, everybody became miserable and doesn't like doing their job. They do not check IDs, they keep saying my kids father girlfriend is their mom on paperwork and she is most definitely not. Too me, it's disrespectful, my opinion. I have been here since 2016. I wish I could change, but nowhere to go that is good anymore. Nobody cares enough!

I love this place! If you schedule an appointment one day and you need it THE SAME DAY they actually get you in the same day! The staff are friendly and the shots BARELY hurt! My home town if you scheduled an appointment and wanted it that day, they would get you one about a week or 2+ days later, but here comes in a snap! I’m never scared to get a shot here cause I know they will be so friendly and gentle, (unlike my home town which HURTS TO DEATH) I’m from canada and there shots feel like it’s going on your bone, but not here! It’s quick and gentle, painless! Great center! Very professional
