All the nurses are super wonderful! Even the cleaning lady Janet is sweet as she could be. The therapy team is outstanding also!! And social worker Jessica has been so helpful to me and my family. Shannon the NP has been so helpful and understanding. The food has been very good, I’ve enjoyed it. Everyone was very helpful and I can’t thank you all enough. It’s made my stay really wonderful.

DO NOT send your loved one to this place. Nobody in authority cares or follows up on anything. Not one single person from the Nursing Director, the social worker to the business office would ever contact us when they said they would. They were always at “meetings” or out of the facility. The PA we had was a disgrace. I asked her for discharge info from the hospital that sent him there she could not find it on her phone and said she would go find it. That was over 40 days ago. Couple days after that she was in the room next door. We had questions so the CNA told her we wanted to see her She came back and said the PA didn’t have time for us. Even the CNA could not believe it. Really you don’t have time for a couple questions from the family ? Even stick your head in and let us know you will

My aunt is 90 years old and a patient at this facility. I am located in Maryland and conducting business for my aunt can be a challenge because of the distance. My aunt was moved from the facility's short stay area to an extended stay area and I wanted a phone installed, because it was important for me to stay in touch with her, as well as her sisters who are even older than she is. I called the main number and I spoke with Darlene. What a gem! Darlene explained the entire process to be about contacting the phone company and having a phone installed. I had many questions and she answered each one with professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and even though I know they are super busy, she never acted like I was bothering her with all the questions. Even when I needed to call back

The clinical staff, nurses, and PT are amazing and very caring/helpful but the office/administration side is complete disaster so I warn anyone putting their loved ones in their care to have ALL their ducks in a row and know exactly what is going on beforehand. If you have questions about insurance, do not expect a correct answer if any answer at all. Empathy does not exist with them and they are terrible with communication.

I can’t say one way or the other about the rest of the staff but I did recently have a very positive experience with your Social worker. She was very pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.
