Forefront Dermatology

During my yearly scan Kim found a "wonky" spot, so I had a small excision on my leg 2 weeks ago. Sammi was very professional while being very relatable during the procedure. She explained every step as she worked & her assistant was great as well. I had my stitches out yesterday & that was completely painless. Forefront is a great practice & has the friendliest staff!

Enjoyed Kim and Joanna. They took their time with all the questions I had for my annual. Joanna and I connected by faith and I always love meeting for the first time other believers.

Been a patient of Kim's for many many years. Always trusted her with my dermatology needs. Her professionalism is second to none. I have always given Forefront Dermatology a 5 star rating but scheduling now has become beyond ridiculous. I have tried to schedule an appointment twice in-between my whole body checkup appointments and was told both times it would be 7 months. I was able to get an appointment with VA Dermatology in 3 weeks. I was very pleased with them. It appears the only sensible choice I have is to terminate my affiliation with Forefront Dermatology because some issues just can't wait 7 months.

Alexandra Kroeff is brusque and lacking in bedside manner. I have a traditional American name and was treated "normally" but my husband, who has an obvious Asian name was spoken down on. (We had separate appointments.) She spoke very slowly the whole appointment, as if he wouldn't understand her otherwise. We both speak fluent English with no accent. Which is ironic because Kroeff has an Eastern European accent. It's uncomfortable and just baffling. Shame on you, Alexandra.

This office and all the staff are lovely to be around. They're in the middle of moving, so they have a lot going on but that has not hindered the level of care they give. I feel very comfortable receiving care here.
