I’ve been to over 15 dental offices across multiple states, and this is by far the worst dental practice I’ve ever experienced. There is always a wait past your scheduled appointment time—at least 30 minutes, but usually 45 minutes to over an hour. You might as well take the entire day off work because nothing runs on time. We've had to reschedule multiple appointments simply because I could not wait an additional hour past my appointment time. Once you’re finally taken back, the waiting continues. Every time, they applied the topical numbing gel and then left me sitting so long that it wore off before the injection, causing unnecessary pain. The absolute BEST....never met a dentist until DR. ASHBY that I could trust totally and does beautiful work...has compassion and loves the Lord. I never felt led to ask a dentist to pray but I asked Dr. Ashby and he prayed the most beautiful prayer for me. The dental assistants and the office assistants are great as well. Fixed bridge work, crowns, fillings and more have been done and all were the best ever!!! Thank you all so much❤️

Not too happy with my last 2 visits with Dr. Ashby. My first appointment was to establish me as a client. First, the assistant took full mouth X-rays without providing me with a lead vest, which is not okay with me. The hygienist I saw was great and Dr. Ashby was quiet but overall good at that time. He suggested 2 fillings, one which was very close the the pulp and may need to be a root canal instead. I initially left feeling good about them. The next appointment was one of the fillings. Other than Dr. Ashby walking in and saying hello, he didn’t say much else. He just got straight to work. Unfortunately, my filling did turn into a root canal. The next visit was with Dr. Dick. She was good other than hitting my jaw bone with the needle twice for the anesthetic injection. My face swelled up

Dr. Dick is amazing. She was very gentle and compassionate towards my 12yr old son. He was scared and nervous but she made him feel calm. Highly recommend her for root canal assistance.

Very accommodating, had an issue with a temporary crown called on a Monday morning at 8:00. They seen me at 9:00 and fixed everything and it went really well. Fast prompt service.
