Laura Pecorella

Unfortunately, I have wasted over 10 years going to the Neurology department thinking it was my epilepsy disorder that was uncontrollable. Until recently I have realized it was the “doctor” Laura Pecorella, PA. She showed little care for my condition and refused referrals from another doctor to increase my medication. My last visit she asked what I think she should do to help me. I could write a book on the red flags I should have noticed throughout my time going here. If you truly care about your health see an actual neurologist. I will be going to the UR Epilepsy Center from now on. (Zero stars was not an option for this review)

My problem isn't with Laura Pecorella, but with her office nurse, Tanya. Tanya has made mess after mess for us, including sending us to Coudersport, Pa for an MRI, but not sending them the paperwork, to sending scripts to the wrong pharmacy, to sending the script for a bloodtest to a lab that's closed. She is inept & she is rude, interrupting & talking over you! She is like dealing with a child!

If I could give her no stars, I would. She was very rude and out of line with my grandmother who had recently been in the hospital. So I would not recommend her to anyone.

I had a seizure and broke my arm. I asked Laura several times about increasing my one medicine and she won't. I am NOT very happy with her.

She was very professional and very pleasant. And very thorough and caring when others told me to go away more or less.
