Launchpad Pediatrics

We are so happy we found Dr. Mooney! We have seen a few different pediatricians over the last five years, none of which we were thrilled with. Dr. Mooney is so knowledgeable and kind and really takes the time to listen and make you and your kids feel seen. He's double board-certified in both General and Emergency Pediatrics which makes me feel even better about the care we receive. His whole team is amazing and super responsive - they even have after-hours APRNs for those late nights. It's in Melbourne so just a short drive from us in Viera and so worth it for quality care. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

We can't say enough great things about Dr. Mooney and his staff. When he told us he was opening his own practice, we were so happy for him and couldn't wait to continue care with him. The facility is so bright, warm and friendly. It is clean, tidy, and in every corner there are the tiniest details for the kids. He and his team have thought of it all. They are kind, courteous, and they give the most wonderful care. They listen and accommodate, and make sure the kids feel like they're involved in their own appointments. And he encourages the parents in their most important role of caring for their children and always has listened to us when we feel there's something going on - whether he can see it at the appointment or not. Dr Mooney is amazing! He has made himself available for early morning calls, and after hours visits when we’ve needed something for our daughter. He offers his opinions about things without being pushy and makes sure you have all of the information to make your own mind up about what works best for your family. We are so happy to have him as our pediatrician!

Response to Owner's Response: My review was of you and Misty, not your new building. It is my opinion that the letter came off as a solicitation, not just an announcement of you leaving. You can go ahead and post the letter on your website if you like, then let everyone read it and make their own judgement. My comments about Misty are my opinion based on 6 years of dealing with Her, so they cannot be patently false. Maybe you don't understand what patently false means. You have only worked with her for what, maybe 1 yr as her co-worker and 6 months as a boss? It is not a personal attack, it is an opinion about someone's behavior. Finally, was it really necessary to go out of your way to say that Margaret Witzleb is not a pediatrician? Seems like a passive aggressive statement. Also,

Brevard is lucky to have Dr.Mooney. He went above and beyond for my family. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and was also great with my child. Hands-down, the best pediatrician that we have seen.
