Lauderhill Mall Dental

Today was the most appalling experience as it relates to a healthcare facility and the front desk. I also must include the Regional Director by the name of Natalie. I live an hour away. Out of courtesy I called in case I would be late. I was met with unprofessional,rude,threating with aggressive and accusations were hurled at me by the office manager Zaria(sp) and her side kick assistant. I experienced elderly abuse with the yelling and screaming at me in front of other patients. HIPPA VIOLATIONS continued with the elderly abusive behaviors. I became very afraid and felt trapped. I called my insurance company to report these persons. They began making taunting comments and calling me rude and deragatory terms. The office manager kept yelling and screaming at me. This by far is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office. The staff is phenomenal. I have been to different dentist offices looking for the right fit, I think I found it. The front desk clerks amazing, the dental assistants amazing, and the dentist also amazing what a package deal! They are very knowledgeable and caring personnel.

Low rating as I made an appointment for the afternoon and when I arrived to my scheduled appointment the office was closed. The “Open” sign was lit and the lights were on. When I called the office I got the after hours line that stated they were not advised of their closure. Needless to say I received no call or email to advise me not to waste my time and energy making accommodations to arrive to a closed place. Very disappointed.

Wow I was shockingly surprised honestly. The office staff was AMAZING! The front desk girls are beautiful (Bianca & Brittany) they were very welcoming and helpful. The assistants greet you so nicely and Dr.Watts was awesome! I was able to get my Cleaning & extractions done same day and the process went smoothly and very affordable! Will definitely be coming back and bringing my kids again! Thank you Lauderhill Dental 😊

The staff is very patient, accommodating and friendly. Special shout out to Trevor who gets the job done every time my autistic son needs his teeth cleaned.
