Scheduled an appointment a week ago for a routine dental cleaning at 11am. However, I did not receive a call the prior day to confirm my reservation or if there were any problems with my insurance. At the date of my appointment, as I am waiting to be seen, the other patients (4) quickly realized that we all had appointments at 11am. After 30 minutes of waiting I ask the manager if it would be much longer and she said that they were running 30 minutes behind. After an additional 30 minutes she tells me that my insurance did not cover for my routing cleaning. When I asked why I was not informed any time before my appointment she blamed her staff for not calling me. She then mentioned to me that they do not screen insurance until the day prior to your visit or in this case an hour past my ap

I only pressed one star that way I can write this! I walked in, the door wide open, the Mexican lady in front desk having a private conversation on cell phone while on speaker. And says (yes how can I help you while on the phone with some one else))) she tried to carry two conversations at once... I looked at her and walked out. Very unprofessional, glad I left before I became there next victim. And glad I read the previous reviews. He owner/ doctor looks Asian by the posters on the wall. Weird how the only good review on here is from a Asian person.. might be family or friend from owner.. Beware yall
