Excellent dentists and staff! Dr. Lee skillfully repaired my chipped tooth a few years ago. It has been working good. Hygienists Mely and Marissa are thorough and have gentle touch. The recipients always replied my calls quickly.

I unfortunately had to cancel 2 appointments due to an unusually busy week at work which I absolutely understand is inconvenient and undesirable for everyone involved. However, that is not an excuse for the staff to be unfriendly and borderline rude. The receptionist was dismissive and condescending from the first time I called the office just as a prospective patient. Her tone is completely dry and uninviting and, again from the very first time I called to inquire about insurance and various pre-visit questions, she was patronizing and unprofessional. I was extremely apologetic about having to cancel my appointments and expressed that I’d like to rebook for another date. I asked for a later appointment just to be safe, but since there were none available, I asked for my original appointm

The receptionist is welcoming and professional! The doctor and staff are overall pleasant and professional. My cleanings are pleasant and I feel safe.

Laser Dental was very flexible about my change in schedule. I waited no more than 5 minutes before the dental assistant had me seated and began procedures. The dentist was very attentive with explaining the procedure and asking me relevant questions. Laser Dental is the best. Super professional but keeping the patient as their priority.

I had such a great experience at The Laser Dental Group! From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they verified my insurance and got me scheduled quickly, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, everyone was just as kind in person. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 3 years and was feeling nervous, but they immediately put me at ease. The hygienist, Mely, was so warm and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth while clearly explaining everything she was doing. Dr. Gonzales (I believe that was her name) was also amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I truly felt well taken care of throughout the entire visit.
