Please be warned about the two ladies checking in people. I didn’t know that you were supposed to check in. My son was already in the appointment so I was looking at the doors to see where I go. I have cerebral palsy in a spinal injury and when I turned around, I kinda got off balanced in a head, the corner of the wall on accident with my hand in my cell phone I went to the chair and I waited patiently until they called me. They asked me if I needed help. I said yes my son has an appointment here in orthopedic. They got me into the right direction and I said thank you and I sit Down in a few minutes later, the dark haired woman, I believe her name is Cheryl told me that I needed to sign a piece of paper because I was violent outside in the hallway. Doctors are fine, but the assistant staff up front are rude, inconsiderate, and don’t appear to care about patients health or wellbeing. Policy states 10 minutes late to appointment have to reschedule, my wife was 7 minutes late and was told she had to reschedule her appointment because there were other patients to tend to. Empty parking lot and waiting room say otherwise. When I called to talk to them about it because my wife was sobbing in the car, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and not willing to do anything at all.

Dr. Alicia is wonderful she listens and is very professional. She cares about her patience.

NO GOOD This place was HORRIBLE Dr.Moore is TERRIBLE and RUDE and she treats patients like she knows it all. Please do not waste your time with this place. I had 2 just walk out in the middle of my appointment cuz she was so RUDE and she had me so angry all she did was try 2 put me down I felt like slapping her out of her chair for treating me like she was. I'm guessing that's why I was the only patient there.
