Las Mercedes Medical Centers - North Miami

I love the clinic it is amazing and the people are kind and loving. However if you don't speak Spanish it can be difficult to communicate.There are a few who are fluent in English that can help though. Appointments seem to always be running very late, but a lady does come around with coffee, cappuccino or hot chocolate. The thing I like most is that everything is in one location. All the specialists, the primary doctor, physical therapy, dentist, lab, pharmacy, x-ray. A bus picks you up at your house and takes you home. A side benefit is the recreation center / Day Care. Breakfast and Lunch and lots of fun activities Monday through Friday. Again the bus transports you to and back home again. I love Las Mercedes.. and I am learning Spanish and making wonder new friends

Excellent Care and Service at Las Mercedes Medical Centers- NMB I recently visited Las Mercedes Medical Center for a respiratory issue, and I’m truly impressed by their outstanding care. I was given an appointment immediately, and Dr. Jorge took the time to go through all my symptoms carefully to ensure the right treatment. I received nebulizations that quickly helped me breathe better, followed by medication that has significantly improved my condition. The staff was professional, respectful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied with their excellent patient service, compassion, and human approach. Highly recommended!

I explained numerous times to staff why I needed an emergency dental appointment and when I got there NO ONE KNEW. I had to actually DEMAND that the Dentist takes care of the issue and thanks God she did. I just changed from another clinic to LAS MERCEDES and I am now not sure it was a good idea.

I want to share my experience about this place Employees no have respect for elderly they not treat them like patients The employees complaining about their paid Also saying personal stuff I think the management team need more supervision Patient doesn’t need to know that they go there to enjoy the time Please pay attention to this issue Thank you

When I enter to the center the employees was very attended to me and give me the information that I need. Was nice experience for me, and I received good medical attention, I was satisfied, Thanks 👍🏽
