Las Mercedes Medical Center is not providing the medical assistance to our elderly parents as they should. It has been a nightmare dealing with this provider. My mother has been emergency clinic twice. After begging the Rheumatologist finally decided to see her after canceling her appointment due to labs been late. My sick mother in need of physical assistance was seen by this specialist and no providing any assistance to her pain (Osteoarthritis). An appointment was scheduled (8:00am) for her too see her practitioner. Transportation was scheduled for this morning 6:30-7:30 it was no show. I call transportation was cancelled no idea why they all way have the right answer… they think! After all her pain in three weeks, stress frustration and inconvenient ( my bother missing work
