Las Mercedes Medical Centers - Hialeah East

I 'm really feeling pleased and blessed to become part of this family. Las Mercedes Medical Center has become a very important part of my life. When I'm here , I feel as if I were in my own house. Thanks for all your assistance , professionals and crew in general. January 30th, 2025.

Not happy at all… my very elderly father has been a member of Wellmax for about 30 years. Now they have combined with Las Mercedes clinics. It has been a terrible experience. They are not as attentive as they were before, when you call there is a person that tells you someone will get back to you, before, someone would answer or transfer your call immediately . My father is 94 years old and can’t even walk, has dementia, I have tried to get some kind of home care for him and they keep denying him. I am thinking g of changing to another clinic that is not part of the Mercedes. My husband and my brothers were all thinking of going with Maxwell before, and at this point we will look elsewhere for care in the near future when we retire.

My elderly father with alzheirmer was mistreated to the point he is afraid to leave home. Shame on not taking care of the needs of the patients and treat them just to billed them. The incompetence and lack of training from the staff, specially at the day care its horrible. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone

I went to day to this clinic they don't take my insurance every one was kind I really like the place was so clean if I change insurance I will go here
