So worth the drive to the SouthHill! From the minute you walk in the door you realize that this place is different. The front desk associates greet you by name with every visit. The physical therapists use traditional PT and they also use the Strain/Counterstrain method. The results are amazing. I went to them after a car accident and can only rave about how good I feel now, after my treatment. I saw Becky, Blondel, and Mike. They were all very gentle and kind. You are treated like an individual human being here. The sessions are private and 1 on 1. Words cannot express how grateful I am that I found this place. Graduating from care was bittersweet. Blondel is a great PT! He is so passionate and you can absolutely tell that from the way he interacts with his patients! I always felt better both physically and mentally after my sessions with him. Also, I’ve had the pleasure to work with Becca in the past and she is so wonderful as well! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I had been in constant and often severe pain since December of 2017 following a car accident. I had endured 3 surgeries, countless injections, RFAs, physical therapy elsewhere, and chiropractic treatments just to name a few things. Nothing cured my pain for very long-if at all. I’m happy to say that all changed when I started seeing Blondell and his team. After a couple months of weekly appointments my pain is gone!

I had the distinct pleasure to get Michele... this type of PT worked so well, for me!! I just said, yesterday, that I wanted to return. I "came down " with osteoarthritis in my hip. PT couldn't be done, on it. If the universe didn't treat my extra nice, too, because Michele has had hip replacements!!! I'm headed were, "This is where you live...." referring to a therapeutic pose to relieve hip pain. This morning, I moved wrong, and the hip locked up. I reclined, and propped my leg, the way she showed me. It took seconds to find the spot, and relieve that crazy pain! Yes, Michele.... that's where I'm livin'! It's been 5 years, dealing with pain i imagined couldn't be helped. I've been long winded. I can't say enough about this entire place.

I have been seeing Glendale and his team of therapists for the past 8 weeks for a herniated disc in my lower back and sciatica down my left leg. I was relying on my wife to help me get dressed and all that fun stuff. After just a few visits, my pain and limp had noticeably improved and today it’s completely gone. I have zero pain in my back and feel strong again. If you haven’t tried this method of PT, I highly encourage that you give it shot. Ask for big Mike 😉.
