Friendly operation and a Doctor and staff that was on time. I was very impressed at the quality of care. Everyone asked questions and seemed genuinely concerned with what I had to say.

The front desk staff is very rude. Although the receptionist is bilingual, she consistently has a poor attitude and lacks professionalism. I initially thought it was just my experience over the phone, but my husband encountered the same behavior in person at the office. We will definitely be switching to a different doctor’s office. We are paying is not free!

I absolutely love this practice!! Dr. Germaine is so kind and knowledgeable. He truly cares for his patients and it shows. The medical assistants and other staff are also wonderful! I couldn’t be happier with Lara Medical and the great customer service I have received!

I just had a terrible experience with this doctor's office today, so I decided to write a review. First off, waiting time for appointments can be a month long. Secondly, I live 5 minutes from their east Ocala office but was still made to go to their west Ocala office over 45 minutes away just to be seen. Thirdly, I had an appointment today, and they actually said they wouldn't see me! They waited till I got there to falsely tell me my insurance was "terminated" when that definitely wasn't the case. Some printout that the billing lady gave me that she felt the need to highlight everything on it clearly stated on it that my Florida Blue was "active"! I even called the Florida Blue customer service when I was at the office, and he told this rude woman that my policy was, in fact, active. I've

This place is completely ridiculous. They don't keep correct files . They don't take accountability of the actions. They turn sick patients away. They turn patients away they don't need to be seen every 6 months. . Why is it a bad thing not to see a doctor in a year. Sorry you can't keep cha chinging on my account but I co.w in when I need to . They fill you blood pressure med for a year and half no problem but you ask for 1 more month because you are out it's a no and they can get you in untill July. Unbelievable. I wish more people would stop going there . Mistreatment of patients and their records. The nurses are rude. The doctor doesn't care.
