Andrew was highly recommended to me, and after trying several other massage therapists in Portland, I can honestly say he stands out by far. His approach is thoughtful, effective, and clearly based on real experience and skill. The session felt focused and purposeful, not generic like some others. Andrew is super sweet and kind! He does great work and I left feeling very relaxed. He started the session by inquiring about my health and what I was hoping to get out of this. He explained the process and after the massage explained what he'd work on if I decided to come back. I didn't feel pressured to come back. I also felt very comfortable during the massage to express any changes to pressure or uncomfortable spots. Definitely recommend going! I will be back!

During my session, Andrew provided deep tissue and trigger point work that targeted trouble spots and made my pain and tension melt away. He even found a few spots of tension that I didn't even know needed work. That, mixed with his amazing Swedish massage technique, left me in a complete state of relaxation.
