Dr. Lane is great! However, Tiffany who cleans teeth.... this was the worst experience of my life. She was EXTREMELY rough. Ripping the pic through my gums cutting my gums, dragging it real hard through my teeth, I'm literally surprised she didn't break or crack one of my teeth. Everytime I told her she was hurting me she never apologized or attempted to be gentle in any way. Even when she polished she pressed down so hard on my teeth I kept having to tell her she was doing it too hard. And to think my kids have come out of there crying after a cleaning saying the black headed lady is mean. That's all I could think about today while she was cleaning my teeth. THIS is what she has been doing to them! I will still use doctor Lane, but Tiffany will never touch me, nor my children's mou

Not a dentist person :( Wisdom teeth extraction went fast and easy, However, very painful when numbing medicine wore off. Thankful Dr. Lane is local and could get me see me so fast.

This was the worst place I have ever been to, the lady Billy that does the billing is one of the most meanest, nastiest rudest people I have ever met at a place of business. She always has an attitude.when I called about my bill she acted like I didn't have the right to ask questions. Then they never added both my insurance cards so I was paying a higher price. When I questioned her about it she said it was nothing she could do about it. When I know I gave them both my cards when I 1st went.I hate the day I went in this office. It was clear she didn't care for dark skin people like myself.

Best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s been able to get my wisdom teeth out without any issues even the impacted ones. He’s super great with checking in on his patients afterwards, and I’ll never switch to another dentist. His staff are also incredibly friendly.

He had a spilt personality, wanted to know what Glisson's was I kin to & did I know first one thing & another. Then he wasn't very talkative. Didn't even let me know what he was about to do or nothing. Won't be pulling NO more teeth for me. Don't take it out on me for someone else you ask me about. I called & the receptionist told me to be prepared to minimum $165.00 to $284.00 max. I PAID OVER $300.00, & My mouth whole right side of my face, along with my ear & head is killing me. Didn't hurt this bad with the tooth in my mouth! I still can't eat & this ain't my first rodeo of having a tooth pulled & or drilled, but I've NEVER had all this after pain & still several days out can't eat other than liquids. 😡😡😡
