Lane Drugs

The pharmacist that runs this store is excellent! I was there a few weeks ago on a Thursday and despite how hectic it was she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was really impressed by her knowledge and diligence. I can tell that she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

Okay! I gotta say. Last year, I needed to find out if claritin contained gluten. I called a pharmacy on 15th Avenue, and was quizzed: was I purchasing the product from them? Did I in the past? They actually refused to tell me when I answered honestly. Suffice it to say, bad taste in my mouth from shopping in Brooklyn. Not so, this year. I passed a pharmacy called Lanes Pharmacy on 13th Avenue, and came to the counter. I have never been treated so kindly by a store, yet. Not only did she answer all my questions with a smile, she helped me find a product I had been looking for and listed all the allergens. She even answered peoples' questions on the phone, while I was in the store! Thank you, Lanes Pharmacy! You take customer service seriously, and you now have a customer for life. Keep up

I love this pharmacy.You name it and they have it for sale. On my last visit i observed that they also offer my skin care products.

Very rude old lady, always charge more then price was on products!

I really enjoy walking through the compact front electric sliding door.
