This was truly the best dental experience I’ve had in 35 years!!!! I have PTSD and severe dental anxiety, and I came in Monday in extreme pain. Dr. Katai and head dental assistant Crystal were absolutely incredible. They saw how scared and uncomfortable I was and treated me with such kindness and patience. When it was time to numb me, they talked me through everything. Crystal held me and comforted me while I cried, and Dr. Katai wiped my tears. They didn’t even know about my PTSD at that point — they were just naturally compassionate. I needed two root canals, but the endodontist wasn’t in. This location is close to Costco for those familiar with the Capital boulevard. It is a smaller, more intimate building, but what truly stood out to me was the compassion and care shown to the clients. From the moment you arrive, security is handled thoughtfully, and once you’re greeted, the staff is warm and welcoming. Even in the waiting area, I noticed how accommodating they were. One patient was allowed to watch something on the TV of their choice, which I thought was a very kind and considerate touch. This was my first time visiting this dental office, and I had not been to the dentist in quite some time. My hygienist, Dorcas Eason, RDH, was absolutely wonderful. Let me first say my first initial visit was pleasant even though there were a few red passive aggressive red flags. I took my son there due to him having a cavity plus toothache. The dentist cleaned his teeth with me in the room the entire time. I explained to the doctor what happened with the last dentist we were going to and why I would feel more comfortable being in the room with him to have procedures done. Everything seemed fine as I was told if I didn't feel comfortable with the place she was referring us to to come back to her and she would pull the tooth, but i had to go to the place they were referring us to first. I was told with the referral I would be contacted to schedule an appointment. I waited for over an month until my son's tooth began to give him more pain. I conta

I was having trouble finding the right dentist and with my insurance, it was very difficult. However, the staff here are so friendly and accommodating I feel like I found the perfect place.They make sure my appointments go smoothly and quickly. They are also very responsive and take you in moments after you arrive.

I had a great experience at my cleaning today. The cleaning was done well, everyone was friendly, and the whole visit I was well taken care of. I left with my teeth feeling super cleaned. Would definitely recommend this dentist office.
