Feb, 2026. Fantastic people! Everyone from the front desk to the occupation therapist and physical therapist. Nurses, staff, case manager including housekeeping. I'm terrible with names, so I can't remember all who was so nice and professional. Minor situation with pain management from one of the doctors but it was handled. I couldn't have asked for anyone in here to be any more kind and attentive to my wife's needs as a patient here.
There are a few staff members that care . The rest, it seemed it was just a job. When they don't get to you quick enough to assist you to the restroom and you wind up laying in a wet bed for 30 minutes. It was said I would be there until insurance quit paying. Guess what, that is what happened, 2 days prior to the insurance stopping i was released. The wound care doctor "Cody" was amazing. Now that I'm home a week, I get a letter from insurance stating that the last 5 days was not medically necessary and they wont pay. Guess what, we were told by Rhonda Triplett that insurance was covering everything for the whole time I was there. We even requested for me to go home sooner but they wouldn't take me off the TPN or take the pick out. Don't trust Landmark Hospital.
Don’t ever send anyone you love there. They could have killed my dad by giving him blood thinners, without anyone’s consent, while he still had a brain bleed from a stroke. The way the nurses talked to him and how frustrated they’d get because he can’t really talk or understand was absolutely cruel and disgusting. Not to mention they couldn’t even take the time to update his information when I told them multiple times they had it wrong. Completely negligent and inhumane.
My mom stayed for 11 days, and I'm so thankful for the care they provided for her. I was concerned at first, just because of how many issues she has going on. Besides needing physical therapy, she also has diabetes and had a small surgery on her leg that I hoped would be addressed, and they were. On the first day, I was able to talk to some of her nurses, the doctor, and the lady who takes care of insurance. I had questions, and everyone was able to answer them. We were able to leave drawings from my kids up in her room for motivation, along with lots of flowers, which I thought was really nice. They allowed visitors every day (and she had many), and every time I came to visit, I was always happy to see how well they treated her, not just by helping her, but by asking what she needed when
Alex was an awesome guy that help me threw rehabilitation and all of the staff were extra great and go above and beyond to help there patients I could have recommended a better place for someone who couldn't walk due to crazy injuries
