It was very convenient having the nurse come to my home instead of me getting to an urgent care. I called in the afternoon and they came the very next day. The nurse was on time, very efficient and nice too. I liked the way that the doctor joined us for face time and it was a very coordinated care session. We all agreed on the treatment plan. I'm glad I decided to give Landmark a try.

My experience with Jordan has been very good and helpful. I feel real comfortable talking and sharing my medical needs with her. She also follows up with my doctors and keeps track of all my appointments. Jordan answers any questions I have and if she doesn't know, she will look it up or calls and asks for that information. Or if that doesn't work she will find another avenue for it. I have enjoyed my time with Jordan so far and look forward to the next visit. Keep up the good work Jordan. See you next month.

My last visit with my Landmark care provider was great! Kelly was thorough, very patient, and was so much fun to talk to while she worked. I'd recommend her and this company to friends and family anytime.

I was visited this year so far by Landmark NP Cynthia and PA Rocco at home. They were both very thorough pleasant and knowledgeable. It is very comforting to have a visit in your home that is personal and regards one as a person. All Landmark employees I have spoken with on the phone are kind and considerate also. This is a service from my UHC health plan.
