Ever since Harvey went into retirement the quality of customer service and what is in the best interested of the patient has diminished. The current staff is more concerned about how much they can invoice per day then what is truly needed for dental care of the patient. The only reason for two stars is that the quality of workmanship is good but the pricing is above similar dentist in area

I've been to several dental offices. Landmark is top tier. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions. I had 6 veneers removed and they are putting in crowns. I felt very comfortable, everything explained in detail. They provided comfort. Jill customized my temporary crowns to my liking. The whole procedure all in all was a great experience. Thank you to the amazing staff. Keep up the good work. The permanent crowns should be ready in a couple weeks, and I'm 💯% sure they will make sure they are perfect.

The people at the front desk were friendly and upbeat. The dental hygienists were knowledgeable, efficient, had a great sense of humour and explained the process, and created a terrific customer experience. The dentist was very good. She had to pull a tooth and I didn’t feel a thing.

I had an emergency! My bridge was very loose and about ready to fall out. They took me that afternoon! Jill (dental assistant ) and Shannon Korey DMD didn’t hesitate and took care of me immediately! Their attention to detail is amazing! They both made me feel at ease. The dentist has always given me extreme anxiety. I can honestly say that I will be looking forward to my appointments. This place is the biggest scam place ever. I called 2 times before visiting here as a new patient to check if they accept my insurance. 2 days before the visit, I had a cleaning done from another dentist and turned out they don’t accept my insurance, so I paid out of my pocket and was told I still needed to check alignment for retainer. So I called around to make sure places accepted my specific insurance. This place assured me they did so I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment I called again to check and they assured me again that they do accept my insurance. I went in and got things done and wasn’t charged anything. Couple days later they call me saying I owe $150 for my visit because they don’t accept my specific insurance. I told them that I had double checked and they as
