I had a tooth pulled 9/25, and requested an appointment for a deep cleaning and was told that I needed prior approval per the elderly receptionist at the front desk . She told me that someone would contact me after the approval of my insurance. I never heard from the office. My niece had an appointment in January, she asked the receptionist about my services and she stated that she had forgotten. I never received a call of apology for the error. I called back and spoke with a young lady who mentioned that it had not been given to the Dr., and I would receive a call back later. This is February, and I was told that it was out for pre approval, no apology. I called my Insurance and they mentioned that it does not take more than a week to get a response. Landmark Dental is great, the dentists and staff are friendly and professional. The dentist office and waiting area is clean and well kept. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Friendly staff, Dr. Hanson is my favorite but the other doctors are great as well! The front desk lady is always so nice. Office is always clean and looks nice. I went to another dental practice that tried to upsell you on everything and they even told my wife she was a periodontal patient and needed deep cleanings multiple times a year....long story short she did not. This place is great at telling you what you need not what they want to sell you.

I came here to give a review for Dr.Hanson. I had a root canal with him, long back in 2015 at the Herndon location and it was absolutely the best experience and I have had 4 root canals before and also carried trauma from a previous dentist checking on a unhealed tooth without anesthesia that made me faint with the pain on the dentist chair. Dr.Hanson's presence put me at so much ease and I haven't found a dental experience like this since. I am still searching for someone like dr Hanson who could do wisdom teeth extractions for me. I would give Dr.Hanson a 💯 star. Just had my first filling (3 actually) with Dr. Paul Chung and I can truly say that I haven't felt this cared for at a dentist appointment in a long time! Dr. Paul is caring and easy to talk to about dental health and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure today. Total star ⭐ Shoutout to Chris, his assistant, as he too is super kind and I could tell made sure everything flowed like clockwork. Now, to be honest the lobby isn't giving Instagram vibes but it is functional. Honestly, I'll take genuine care and a trustworthy team over and IG pic at my dentist 😆 🦷✨
