Every person I’ve met on their staff is knowledgeable and professional. The doctors take the time to explain everything you have questions about. They walked me through several complicated questions that I had, and seemed happy to do so.

Horrible place I went there about a year ago for a tiny spot on my face, was told it was rosacea, gave sample bottle of cream, in the next month my face exploded with red rash everywhere. Went back, was told rosacea, was given ivermectin cream, used for 8-12 weeks and no improvement, put on antibiotics which made me physically sick the entire time, worse and worse, large breakouts, horrible, then I decided to upload a photo of my face to ChatGPT and it said it was a fungal infection not roseacaywhich makes sense since everything they gave me would feed the fungus and make it grow rather then get rid of it, as soon as I took ChstGPTs advice my face started to improve, I was using my husbands prescription for his feet. I was very pleased with all the medical staff here. I have now had two basal skin cancers removed from my face. Dr. Anderson did an excellent job on my first one and I can’t even see a scar. The second was done today. I didn't feel a thing after the anesthesia. I was so pleased how well the procedure went. It is scary when procedures are needed on my face. Dr. Anderson was very kind and answered all my questions. He is excellent!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Lancaster Skin Center since I started being seen there over 10 years ago. The front desk staff is always kind and competent, the nurses are caring and friendly, and the office is super clean. I never have to wait long to be seen once I arrive, and my concerns are always addressed with patience. I recommend LSC to all of my family and friends!
