Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

The staff were so kind and attentive to my dad. I’m truly amazed how he recovered in the course of a 2- week stint. The building is fairly old, but the location is very peaceful and the views from the 8th floor really lifted my dad’s spirits. Cam, Mary, and everyone else we met really made this a good experience.

So glad my nephew is here. He looks so well groomed and smells good. I took him to the library/bird room. It was so pleasant. One of the residents was playing piano and we sang along with her. Thanks for all you do. Great staff

Luke, my son was well taken care of during his 3 weeks at rehab. The nurses were very kind and teasing Luke a lot. PT and OT came to work with Luke 3 days each week. Luke was prepared to transition to home after his 3 weeks there. The hospital van drove Luke to 3 doctor appointments. He also liked the 3 scheduled meals each day. The nurses helped Luke set up his c-pap machine to use each night. The nurses were gentle administrating the Lovonox each morning and night. The nurses also shaved him twice a week . Luke had a very good experience at rehab.

My first time visiting this facility, and I was pleasantly surprised. My family member gets excellent care here. Every employee, nurse, staff, etc I encountered from checking in to checking out was kind and some went above and beyond. The floor my family member is on was very well staffed and seemed very tranquil and pleasant. I felt a kind, compassionate, loving, and good natured energy. The nurses are doing God's work! A few ladies made such a good impression that they really care about the people in their care. Every patient I encountered looked very well cared for and content. Compared to the top (expensive) nursing homes I've visited through the years in Lancaster County, this home is much better, in my opinion. I look forward to visiting family again!

The nursing staff was very kind during my sister's stay at the facility. SW could have kept me better informed. I only participated in one team conference while she was there. Mary the nurse who followed up after discharge was very nice.
