Lancaster Health Nutrition and Diabetes Center

After retirement weight gain started taking a toll on my body, so I asked my family doc for a dietician/nutritionist referral. My doc referred me to Jessica Shenk at Lancaster Health Nutrition and Diabetes Center.The Center is located on Duke Street but they offer plenty of free parking and an entrance at the rear of their office building. Check-in was easy and the reception staff was extremely nice. My nutritionist Jessica made me feel comfortable and we had some really good sessions. She gave me some good information on different foods and how they affect our bodies, showed me portion sizes of different food types and came up with a plan that would work for me. She asked a lot of questions about what types of food I like to eat and showed me some alternatives (I was a fast-food nut)

THIS IS THE BEST CLINIC I EVER BEEN AT

I normally don’t write reviews but this was terrible, I got to my appointment and was given attitude from the minute the doctor Kimberly Fry walks in. She was extremely unprofessional and the appointment wasn’t for me it was for my 10 YEAR OLD daughter I’m astonished at how she made it to be a nutritionist that can let alone work with kids.
