This place is a joke. I went for a finger presumed broken. I was correct. The x-ray tech literally asked me if I had broken this finger before because she "couldn't tell what was old or new in there" -- WHAT??? Dr. Erik Ketels was rude, dismissive and didn't tell me ANYTHING in regards to the care of my finger (which looks gnarly, mind you), except "I'm initiating a referral to orthopedics today" Ok great, I know how this works I thought....WRONG. Weeks later and I had to call back, and the admin lady, also stumped as to why no one had contacted me, finally gives me LOA's contact number (thanks I have Google) and makes it my fault for not calling sooner (sure I get that, but she was very condescending...also thats not my job). US healthcare rules guys!

They don't have on-site strep test results, which is incredibly confusing because just outside of the Urgent Care there's this sign for "Lab Testing". Also, the pediatrician can get them in 10 minutes, and the family doctor can get them in 30 minutes. Additionally, the nurse was talking negatively about how they used to do lab results for strep, rsv, etcetera on site, but that just turned them into too much of a lab, so now they send them off to another location to get the results. Additionally, the doctor seemed frustrated that I asked to be called about the strep test results, rather than having to access up online portal to see them. Went in last night with a 5 month old with a fever. We were greeted with smiles and felt very comfortable the moment we checked in. We were seen in a timely manor and the nurse and doctor, as well as radiology technician were absolutely amazing with our son, and kind. Everyone stayed calm and collected as we were nervous parents. Couldn’t thank them enough!

Went here becuase mu doctor is out for 5 days and I need to have a doctor visit to be able to refill my promethazine-dm for this nasty cold and flu like virus going around. These doctors made it seem like I was drug seeking and denied me and told me I need to go to the hospital. Im 3 weeks into being sick i dont need any extra care i dont need new medicine i just need a refill for my cough medicine that helps with everything, nausea/vomiting/cough/sleep and these doctors just absolutely made it impossible for me to get relief from my sickness. It’s like you tell them “hey this medicine the doctor gave me works really well and makes life bare-able while going through these miserable illnesses.” And they hear that and think “hmm let’s make life terrible for you, i dont think that medicine is

I am very grateful to have Noella as my physician. She is dependable, kind, reliable, and truly trustworthy.
