My experiences with LGH Urgent Care have been a bit up and down, but today’s visit was alright. The waiting area was decent and looked clean. My nurse was really nice and polite, and the provider was good. My wait time was about 15 minutes.

LG Health Urgent Care is an absolute joke. My wife was misdiagnosed by one of their Non-Doctors. You can't even see a real MD. She gets Bronchitis every year and takes the Z-Pak Antibiotic. She informed the person of this but they insisted that she take Adoxa, which is I guess the new drug of the month. It made her worse to the point that she couldn't breath. LG Health REFUSED to give her the correct medication that she gets every year. She spoke to several people in LG Health Urgent Care but they seemed to not care. It's very sad what has happened to the medical system. It's now all about the Profit and not about the Patient. They should get some actual MD's in the Urgent Care and stop relying on less educated people with less experience to make important medical decisions. They thin

I have been just one time with an appointment made ahead. I only waited minutes and they took me right back. All the staff nurses and PA were exceptional and took very good care of my issue. I thank you all and would definitely return as needed. Sometimes we get treated the way we treat others. Keep that in mind in all circumstances.

Dr. Laura Lash now Dr. Shaffer is the best. She was my family medicine doctor who discovered my disease. Penn Med pushed her out of family medicine because "she spent too much time with patients" YES exactly! That's how she helped me by taking the time to find my disease. Penn Med family doctors are now so horrible, and organs are paying the price! I'm currently trying to find a way to schedule with this urgent care for my hemochromatosis care just to get a doctor that truly cares about helping me. If you get Dr. Laura as your urgent care Doctor you are in the very best hands.

Came in for a flu test so I could get tamiflu. They didn’t tell me they don’t do rapid tests, so I didn’t get my positive result until after hours, and then they delayed the next day despite multiple calls on getting my prescription put in until it’s past the 48 hour window. What was the point of going there and paying $75 for nothing? Place was clean and friendly but for what I needed, it seems it was a waste of time.
