After an injury, they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. It took 3 days for them to correct their mistake. They offered to give me a note so that I could have time off of work. The note only said that I was treated at their facility, so my employer forced me to work while injured.

We have had so many excellent experiences here. Urgent Care, Emergency Room, family doctor, heart group team. Kind, patient, knowledgeable.

I am so disappointed with my experience here. I was experiencing a high fever and a cough for multiple days. I waited 2 hours to be seen, just for the NP to do NO testing (not even a Covid or flu test!) and tell me she thinks I have a virus. She hardly even looked at me after waiting 2 HOURS to be seen! Listened to my lungs over my shirt AND jacket, there’s no way she got a good listen. The next day I went to Patient First, they got me back quickly, did blood work and a chest x ray AND Covid and flu test, and found out that I had PNEUMONIA! This place was a complete waste of my time. Go to Patient First instead and don’t waste your time!

6/5/2025 We saw that Duke St. Urgent Care wait was less by 20 minutes compared to the wait in Spring Valley Rd so we thought we'd come here because we're closer. The main problem we had was our provider, Jared, rushed us out of here in less than 5 minutes. My partner had previous history with chronic ear infections and she has epilepsy. He didn't bother to look inside her nose, ears, nor her mouth. All he did was listen to her chest and her lungs. He didn't familiarize himself her history as patient. He didn't ask any questions that didn't pertain to what she thought what was important. I'm sick and tired of being pushed out of the treatment rooms. It would take 2 minutes to learn about the person you're trying to help and by not doing so they could land in the ER or even worse. Stop d

Dr. Gabriel was fantastic. He provided me with a breathing treatment and a thorough course of steroids to help with my upper respiratory issues. I had been struggling with breathing problems for almost five months and was starting to think I’d have to live that way. But after the treatments and steroids, I can finally breathe again—there’s no mucus left in my chest at all. I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The entire staff was also incredibly kind. I was a bit anxious because I’d heard some negative stories about LGH Hospital, but my experience was nothing but positive. I would recommend coming here any day of the week.
