Lancaster Denture Center

Called to ask for help with my denture. Yes I understand it wasn't made by them but this is a denture center with an on site lab so I figured they could help and was told they don't get involved with a denture made some where else. Very rude. This is a hard thing to go through as it is and I was just seeking help

He doesn’t want to hear about other dentists he doesn’t want to let you speak just save your self from wasted time and go anywhere. ANYWHERE ELSE - that was the rudest experience in my dental history what a jerk - hey I need help , he says I’m gonna PASS !!! Like my medical needs are a choice he gets to make !!!!!! Jeez

I live out of town but have family in the area and have been frequenting LDC for years. They get me in quick, even on short notice for repairs and adjustments. Travel all the way from GA. Definitely check here for great service.

Rude staff insulting degrading doc. Consult advertised as free but when doc realizes u r not agreeing to treatment he says “ I’m not charging u- u r wasting my time” then walks out
