They are very busy. No cleaning available even though I called 2 weeks ahead. The website said you can use the link to schedule an appointment. No, you would only get an email telling you to call them and they apparently did not read my message at all. The front desk was more than happy to cut me off.

$1100 to fill two cavities and make a set of retainers. Took 3 different molds and over a month to get the bottom ones right and couldn't get the top ones right at all. And now they apparently can't give me a refund since I don't have a mailing address that I can use out here. Don't go to this place, especially if you're traveling. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had an excellent experience with Lancaster Dental Center from the moment I got the postcard in the mailbox. Scheduling with ease accommodating my schedule, excellent customer service explaining what was going on with my teeth and what the next plan of action would be and I'm kind of excited about the free teeth whitening. Gina the hygienist was excellent my teeth haven't been that clean in a long time. Dr. Martin was great and very thorough. I felt very well taken care of by all. Thank you
