Wait wait wait and wait some more. Second time here and same results. I see workers wandering around getting food and drink, but to call a patient approximately every 45 minutes , really? Best to show up 2 hours after your scheduled appointment!!

Dr Rifkin is the best eye specialists I’ve ever been to. She’s extremely knowledgeable, caring and overall just has great communication skills. Most recently, she was very accommodating with her schedule when I needed to come in for an emergency visit and spent a good amount of time with me to figure out the problem. Once she diagnosed me, she took the time to explain the situation, showed me photos, told me how it likely came about and what I can do to prevent it moving forward. She spent a lot of time with me even though she had a full day scheduled. She also referred me to another specialist for further analysis and made sure I got slotted into their schedule in a timely manner.
