You cannot get a hold of their office for anything. Being in cardiology, you would think there would be a sense of urgency, but that’s not the case. My insurance was authorized over a month ago (yes, it takes several months to get an appointment), and now that my appointment is in two days, they’re asking about my insurance again. I’ve called the office, left messages, but you have to wait days to get a call back. Then when you do, if you miss the call (I was at work) they don’t leave a voicemail, and you have to wait another 24 hours to get a call back. I’ve babysat my phone waiting for their call, and of course I missed it. After waiting for months to get in, I’ll just assume my heart is fine. My primary care doctor spoke so highly of them, but it’s been nothing but a headache

Refered to luo went a nurse checked EKG from VA Dr came in for no longer than 1 1/2 minutes was sent for tests stress sonagram came back a month later for results seen a nice young girl who didn't really tell me anything you guessed it no Dr, still have no idea about rapid heartbeat still have never seen this Doctor would advise checking carefully

I adore Dr. Lou. She’s very professional knowledgeable and kind with a nice bedside manner. All the staff were professional and courteous. Very helpful in medical records getting needed documentation to my orthopedic surgeon.

My husband had an MI on Thanksgiving. He was impressed with Dr. Luo. However, we have been trying to obtain a follow up appointment since his discharge. Many, many voice mails have been left with no response except for 1 call back that we missed by mere seconds only to return the call and asked to leave another voice mail. I place no blame with the doctor, but with her incompetent office staff!!! We are snowbirds from PA and are left wondering who to seek care from. UPDATE....Dr.Lan Luo is a wonderful physician. Very personable, interacts with her patients. Very thorough. She addressed the above situation immediately following hubby's appt. She too voiced it was unacceptable to her staff. 5 stars for Dr. Luo!

Dr. Luo was my neighbor's doctor, and my husband took care of him. When I had my heart attack, my husband told the hospital that he wanted her to be my doctor. She has been my doctor ever since. We also recommended that my grandmother use her as well. She is very knowledgeable, very caring, and she looks at the best interest of her patients. I would recommend her office as I have never had an issue with her or any of the staff in her office.
