She is one of the best health care professionals I have ever interacted with. I feel she actually listens to me and hears my concerns. Many other health care providers listen with half an ear, respond with some kind of platitude, and quickly move on. Dr. Tolba makes me feel seen. As a consequence, I trust her and do my very best to follow her directions as to my care. I have very little trust in certain other providers.

Not a good experience here at all! Saw PA Lamiaa Tobla as that was the first available appt. Initially the first appt with her went well she seemed very willing to help and said if I had any questions she was “only a message away.” She ordered my genetic testing but since getting that back it’s been a nightmare. The doctor had the nurse call me to discuss my results (not sure why the doctor isn’t the one calling me about results!) with me in which the nurse tells me I don’t have it even though my genetic test is positive and I’m having awful symptoms and my primary care doctor referred me here. Then the nurse tells me she isn’t going to do the video call with me and wants me to see an MD. I get a call days later from the scheduler who then tells me they want to do a follow up with me in 2

Dr. Tolba and her office are the epitome of “care specialists,” in my 5yr experience. Dr. Tolba herself as an insightful physician demonstrates empathy, educates, and advocates for her patients. Her interactions are not only professional but personal making any visit to her office though necessary, a welcomed one. She's a valuable asset to Novant Hematology!😊 - Karen A.

Thank you for the opportunity to give this feedback Lamiaa is a wonderfull person. You are lucky to have her in your practice We had a unique visit . Donna was there, she has white coat syndrome. Lamiaa noticed that right away and spent the time to establish a relaxing environment. Seeing someone in the "cancer" department invokes a scary hesitation. She explained all the numbers on her test results. We felt much better knowing my levels were just a bit high but not enough to indicate cancer Thank you so much for the opportunity to meet with her. I think she is a good PA-C and I will keep seeing her if my Insurance is accepted by Novant Health
