HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Have had so many problems throughout the entire experience. Have already gone through braces with another ortho for my older daughter and this experience was horrible in comparison. My younger daughters broke constantly, had to keep coming back and never giving any good solutions or real fixes just blaming my younger daughter and never fixing the issues. Now we got her retainer THAT DOES NOT FIT. She told my daughter over and over again to keep her mouth closed tight all day- how do you talk with your teeth bitten down all day. Then told me to "train my daughter" how to bite her teeth. Then after telling me it was too big because they made it while her gums were swollen and just continuing to tell me to train my daughter to keep her mouth closed not blaming it on

I came here after having a really bad experience at a different orthodontist. Dr. Thanlanki really helped me and was the best when it came to my experience with my braces. After many long years they are finally off thanks to her!!!
