Dr Jemma is a kind vet who always returned our calls about Goblin and took the time to explain and answer questions. I will bring other dogs to this facility beautiful staff very helpful and understanding. When we had to unthenize Goblin the Dr explained step by step the process. Lakewood vet let our family stay for as long as needed from start to bottom and there was 7 of us♡♡ There should be more vets like this one.

Saying goodbye to our sweet luna was one of the hardest moments of our lives, but Dr. Andrew Arcuri and the staff at Lakewood Vet Hospital showed us nothing but compassion and kindness. Dr. Arcuri took the time to explain everything gently and made sure Luna was comfortable and surround by love in her final moments. Lakewood vet has been my vet office for 40 years. Recently we had one of fur babies pass away and the staff that night was so incredibly awesome and afterwards we got a sympathy card. The whole office signed the card and wrote messages. This is why they are a trust member of our care team for the fur babies. They are the most awesome people who treat our pets like they are their family too. If you are looking to switch or need a vet, this is the place to go.

Update 10/9/25: I want to update my review and share even more good praise for Kerry, the other front office woman, and Dr. Arcuri. I brought my dog in several times for extensive testing and Dr. Arcuri referred us to a specialty office where they detected prostatic cancer. Because we were able to detect his condition early, we think we can have more time with my dog. Dr. Arcuri was instrumental in this detection, and Kerry at the front office is always incredibly kind and thoughtful. Thank you to this office for caring about my dog. Dr. Arcuri took really great care of my dog at his last visit. My dog has had some issues the past few months and Dr. A was able to address all of my questions while providing a very thorough exam for my dog. I felt like he really listened to me and understoo
